Hey, nice to meet you!

I’m Laura — Award-Winning Associate Creative Director and Hybrid Creative specialising in Art Direction, with 14+ years experience across traditional advertising, content, and partnerships.

I help brands and people show up as their best selves, creating ideas that don’t just stand out, but stand for something. Because I believe brands have an opportunity not just to sell, but to serve — creating a better world.

As a hands-on ACD*, I like to get under the skin of a brand — developing ideas that live and breathe across the entire business, not just within a campaign.

‍Known for combining strategic thinking, empathy and calm leadership**, I lead creatively across projects and teams, bringing clarity to fast-moving environments. I pride myself on creating a culture where people feel empowered to contribute and do their best work, regardless of role or seniority.

Alongside my day job, I’m co-director of Who’s Your Momma, the industry’s largest free mentoring programme for women and non-binary people. For the past 8 years, I’ve helped build the website, shape its direction, grow its community, and hosted live events for 90+ people — driven by a belief in mentoring’s power to transform careers and close the gender gap.

Outside of work you’ll find me exploring the world and looking for unique experiences whether that’s listening to jazz in a sunflower field in Writtle or being lowered 400ft into a volcano in Iceland!

*Quite literally. I’ve been a hand model for Coop, Kellogg’s and support line Safer

Production

Laura is acutely aware of how decisions, changes and approach affects the wider team, but this doesn’t mean she doesn’t push for greatness in the work. Laura will push for the best, but takes the weight of that decision and helps find solutions to make it work. While staying calm — it’s her superpower
Becky Ormrod - Executive Producer
