Using AI tech to tap into the true emotions surrounding credit, with Aqua customers.
When it comes to money and credit we don’t really like talking about it, yet it comes with so many powerful unspoken emotions. We therefore wanted to delve into how people really feel about their credit journey with Aqua. But we didn’t want to just create testimonials, we wanted to dig deeper into how they really felt along their credit journey. Scratching past the surface of what they say and getting to the true emotion through the use of Deep Neural Network Technology (facial and vocal recognition). As Aqua Customers spoke we tracked their emotions and translated them into a visual glow on the walls around them, in real time. Demonstrating that Aqua is a brand that deeply empathises with people’s financial circumstances and giving them ‘That better credit feeling’.
The campaign run across, BVOD, radio and social and received a 4.1 System1 score, miles above the Consumer Credit Services and Cards category average of 1.7.
