When Covid-19 hit, no one knew the extent of the devastating affects it would have on the world and it’s people. The National Bereavement Partnership was quickly set up as charity helpline where people could talk to a trained professional about their grief.
As a completely new charity in the process of setting itself up we quickly helped them by giving them a tagline and creating a simple look and feel for social.
We then needed to make people aware of the service as quickly as possible. “When you can’t be there, We can be here” was a simple mechanic to explain the NBP’s services. The thought being that when you can’t physically be there for someone we can be here for you. There and here also gave us the flex to talk to NHS staff and key workers as we were able to say “You’re there for them, we’re here for you”
In a matter of weeks we created social posts, DOOH, Print, Radio, online film and a TVC, with no money we made all of the assets with stock imagery.
A challenging project which I’m extremely proud to have been a part of, in the knowledge that in this difficult time we were able to give people someone to reach out to.
